Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been placed and approved for production. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any printed materials, including but not limited to business cards, flyers, posters, banners, or any personalized items.
❗ Important Notes
- It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve all designs (including layout, spelling, color, and sizing) before printing.
- We are not liable for errors approved by the customer.
- Minor variations in color, finish, or paper texture may occur due to different printing processes and materials and are not considered defects.
📩 Reporting an Issue
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or significantly different from the approved proof:
- Contact us at info@expressshipnshop.com within 3 business days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review the case and may offer a free reprint at our sole discretion.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstance. We are committed to providing quality service and prints, and we’re happy to help within the scope of our policy.
